New modeling
and simulation technologies such as ANSYS software for
stress calculation of sub sea pipes has allowed the company to
carry out onshore
welding and transferring of the whole pipe and sinking it to its
final position.
This has been done by fabrication of similar small scale model and
pretesting of it
until its real installation.
Under water activities like installation of sacrificial anodes and
cathodic protection
materials on sub sea structures, under water photography and
telecommunication
having all safety related equipments and experienced personnel is
another
advantage of the company.
“Water intake project”
is a good example.
Corporating variety of latest test equipments for checking of
pressures, temperatures,

methods |
“Dorood Project” for development
of Dorood oilfield is one of our master pieces
in which we have successfully driven thirty three piles on shore
side.
Using “pile analyzing” technique which was developed and used by
“Pileco”
(famous international pile driving company)
would indicate the momentarily stress and maximum allowable
stress on
the piles
which have allowed us to carry out the above project.
